The new and large holiday house on Majorca for 4-5 persons, with tasteful furniture and best equipment invites you to spend calm holidays in nice surroundings.
You will find: air conditioning system, Internet connection by W-Lan without of charge, Sat TV, washing machine, dishwasher, sun couches, garden grill....
Enjoy your vacations with a barbecue together with your friends or familiy on the roofed terrace or swimming in our large pool.
Our generous pool plant for only 7 houses is situated on a separate plot of land near to the house (about 20 meters). In the 8x14 m large pool you can swim extensively, 400 square meter of terraces invites you for sun bathing under palms and in the shady 50 square meter large pool house you can surf in the Internet with your laptop free of charge.
The proximity to the kilometer long natural beach Sa Rapita - Es Trenc with Caribbean blue water (only approx. 3 km) makes your vacation perfectly.
Prices depending on seasons - with up to 4 persons - 100 to 150 Euro per day. The final cleaning amounts to 105 €
                    
The Location
The new house with its cosy furnishing and its beautifully arranged exterior installations invites you in to spend a calm vacation in maintained atmosphere. We furnished our holiday house with love, so that you can feel well during your vacation.
Enjoy your vacation at a barbecue evening with your family on the roofed terrace or at the generous pool area on a separate plot of land near to the house.
The environment is child friendly by its low-trafic streets (only residents).
The beach of Sa Rapita - Est Trenc with its dunes is under nature protection and is situated only about 3 kilometers from the house.
Many little roads in the south of the island Majorca (between Llucmajor, area Cala Pi, Ses Salines, Campos) were converted to a very well cycle track net. On these low-traffic ways there is a speed limit on 40 km/h for cars, so that one can enjoy safely the landscape there.
With a car, in approx. 30 minutes you reach the city of Palma de Majorca and in approximately 20 minutes you can get to the airport.
In only 17 km or 15 minutes you reach the beautiful and wellknown Marriott' s Golf Course " Son Antem".

Shopping possibilities
The calm village Sa Rápita without hotels is situated about 1.5 km from the house and offers with its different smaller supermarkets, the pharmacy, the newspaper shop, a baker's shop and a bank office an all-season basic care.
Very good shopping possibilities with large supermarkets, specialist shops and weekly markets offer Campos (approx. 10 km) and Llucmajor (approx. 15 km)
You can order your breakfast bred by telephone or on-line and „Perfect morning“ brings it every morning to your house at moderate market prices.
In the village and in the environment of Sa Rápita there are several, partially quite good restaurants with fresh fish, local and international cuisine.
During the summer time a Pizza service brings your Pizza to your holiday house or to the pool.

Our generous pool area lies on a separate plot of land near to the house and offers all possibilities:
In the large pool with approx. 8 m by 14 m and a depth of 1,10 m to 1,9 m one can swim extensively. After swimming, you can enjoy the shower near the pool.
Even for smaller children the pool is very well accessible by its semicircular, bricked stairs in Roman form.
Approx. 400 square meter terraces with sun couches invites you to the sun bathing or to read a book under shady palms with view of the pool.
There is a 50 square meter large and shady pool house (with tables and chairs) where you also can surf in the Internet without of charge.
The pool area is accessible only for the inhabitants of total 7 houses.

The roofed terrace
linvites you to spend nice times there.
In the morning you can have your breakfast there with view to the pine tree wood. Relax there in the shadow in the afternoon or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening with friends and your family.
There also are sunbeds and a garden grill.

The living room
has a cosy corner with 2 leather sofas and a couch table.
There is a Radio/CD/DVD player as well as a satellite TV set.
With remote control, you can adjust the air conditioning system for refreshing air in summer and to heat the house in the winter time.

The dining room
The heart of the house forms the large dining-room with a circulating gallery and a height of approx. 6 meter.
In the dining-room a large table with 4 chairs is located near the entrance to the kitchen.
Here one can sit comfortably when enjoying a meal together.
In front of the the dining-room there is another large table with 6 chairs on the very large roofed terrace.

Modern kitchen
IIn the modern and completely equipped kitchen with granite work top you find a coffee machine, a toaster, an electrical mixer, an electrical egg cooker, a baking-oven, a ceramic hob, a large refrigerator with separate freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and table-ware for 12 persons.

Gallery with bed sofa
When you enter the gallery in the upper floor, you find a cosy sofa to sit and read in our library. This sofa can be transformed into a sleeping bed.
These bed is suitable as a further overnight accommodation for children or young people.
In the shelves of our house library you find German and English books for your vacation relaxation.

Large bed room
In the upper floor are the two bedrooms. The large bedroom has a separate dressing area with a large, three-door cabinet and a chests of drawers with 5 drawers.
From this bedroom you have direct access into one of the 2 bath rooms. There are 2 windows, one to southwest and the other to the north-eastern side.
The large double bed with German measures (180 x 200 cm) is equipped with semi-soft, pleasant mattresses.
The comfortable beds promise a calm and relaxed night.
There is enough bedlinen available, also for changing during your stay.
The bedroom has a quiet air conditioning system, for cooling in summer and also heating in the winter time.

Second bed room
The second and smaller bedroom has a own large terrace, with direct access. There is a window to the west and a terrace door to the northern side.
The double bed with the measures (160 x 200 cm) is equipped with a semi-soft, pleasant mattress.
The comfortable beds promise a calm and relaxed night.
The built-in cabinet from solid Teak wood offers sufficient reservoir also for large vacation clothes.

2 bath rooms and a guest bath
Both bathrooms have a large shower with bricked seat and glass door, WC and washstand.
Each bath room is equipped with a hair dryer.
Bath 1 is accessible from the large bed room and has a washstand from marble and 2 mirrors.
The 2nd bath has its entrance from the gallery. It has a rounded corner-washstand from marble with 2 mirrors
In the ground floor is another guest bath with WC and wash stand.
The modern baths have nice décors and high-quality accessories.

Other equippment
Our holiday house is equipped with an air conditioning system, which provides a pleasant indoor climate throughout the whole year. The heat pump can be adjusted to heat the house as well as to cool it all seasons.
The 5 splits can be adjusted separately by remote maintenance.
They are in the bedrooms, the living room and in the dining-room. The air conditioning units are invisibly and inaudibly on the roof.
Washing machine, ironing board and irons, as well as a Safe also in the house.
