 We have chosen for a holiday home / apartment and would like to book. What do we have to do?
Please tell us which vacation home, for how many adults and children (with ages of children) and for what time you wish to book. We check than whether the object is available at the desired time.

 What data do you need from us to fix the booking?

Once time and object is accorded and the booking should be fixed, we need the following information from you:

• Your exact address
• Your identity card or passport number
• Your phone number
• If possibly also a mobile number
• The names and dates of birth of all travellers
  (including children)

 Do we receive a rental contract?
Once you have provided us with your data, you will receive a lrental contract that includes both your specific data as well as our rental conditions.

 Has the rental contract be sent by post and have it to be signed by us and sent back?
You will receive the rental contract from us by email as a PDF file and iyou do NOT have to sign and send it sent back to us.
The contract shall be fixed automatically after we receive your first payment (30% from the rental price) in time, as stated in paragraph 2 of our Rental Conditions .

 Which payment must be made at time of reservation?
Within 7 days of booking a deposit of 30% of the rental must be made by bank transfer.We will confirm after receiving the the money and the lease is from this point binding on both parts.

 What cancellation charges / fees are due in case of cancellation?
The cancellation fees are based on the period of the cancellation until departure

 Can I contract a travel insurance?
Even if the course no one hopes it may happen that an illness of a fellow traveller or an immediate family member, or problems at the workplace prevent the trip. With travel insurance, you can cover the resulting for you cancellation fees.

 Where can I take out a travel insurance?
You can contract insurance also for a stay in a private vacation home by all insurance agencies that offer this product.

 When has the balance to be paid?
The rest of the rental price is payable until 3 days before arrival by Bank transfer. The amount for the tourist tax and for the cleaning fee has to be paid on arrival in cash with checkin.

How do we get the keys to the house?
You can get directions from us to come to our house. We will then accompany you to the apartment and give you the keys personally.

 How does the check-in work during COVID times?
We will hand over your key to you personally even during Covid times.
However, it is a must that you wear a mouth and nasal mask during check-in, as we do also, in times that this is obligated by local administration.
So that check-in is quick and you don't have to wait to long, we ask you to send us pictures from the identity cards (both sides) of all guests (aged from 16) in advance by WhatsApp or E-mail. This enables us to prepare your registration at the police register, send it online and have the registration form ready to be signed by you doing the check-in. Please also have the amount of money for the remaining Ecotasa payment and for the deposit (if this is due) ready in cash and as appropriate as possible.
We will acompain you to your vacation home, handle out the keys and do and a short briefing.
There is also a digital house folder with acces by QR-Code for the tecnical information and also some othe useful tips for your stay.

 What additional measures are taken when cleaning and disinfecting the house during Covid times?
Cleaning of our holiday homes has always been important to us. However, this is no longer enough now since Covid times.
We have therefore developed a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol, which we use with every guest change in order to ensure maximum safety for our guests and for ourselves.
Bed linen, mattress protectors, towels and tea towels are washed at a temperature of at least 60 degrees. After thoroughly we disinfect all contact surfaces, remot controls, switches etc. with a chlorine solution, as recommended by the WHO.
After that, we also use an ozone generator, working by splitting the oxygen in the room air into individual atoms and converting it into ozone compounds. Ozone is a gas that is environmentally friendly and can also disinfect hard-to-reach areas such as air conditioning ducts or fabric covers, curtains, mattresses, books, etc. and eliminate viruses, bacteria, molds and dust mites. After it the house must be ventilated for about 15 minutes ato be ready for the vacation guests to move into.
Please help us also to minimize the risk of infection for our cleaning staff.
We therefore ask you on your departure:
- to dispose of the garbage
-to remove th bed linen together with the mattress covers, bed rugs, all towels and tea towels, and leave them on the floor in the living room or terrace.

   Is there a contact person on site?
We live in the immediate vicinity of your vacation home and are reachable there for you during your stay.

 Are there all utilities included into the rental price?
All additional costs, such as electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, use of washing machine, WLAN, Pool use, are included into the price. The local Tourist Tax is NOT including and is charged in addition on arrival.

 How much is the Ecotasa (local tourist tax)?
The lokal tourist tax (Ecotasa) is 2 euros per day and adult (from the age of 16) for the first 8 nights, from the 9th night 1 euro.
From November to the end of March the Ecotasa is reduced by 50%.
Children including 15 years of age are exempt from Ecotasa.

Are towels, bed linen and tea towels provided?
There are enough bed linen, tea towels and towels for the vacation home, also for change in case of longer stay.
Beach towels have to be brought by the vacation guests.

 Are beach towels included?
Beach towels have to be brought by the vacation guests.
Alternatively, large beach towels can be rented at a price of 4 euros per towel (price for whole period).
Please report the number of items in advance of your arrival so we can make sure to prepare the towels for you.
Each vacation home has its own washing machine, so the towels and also private cloth can be washed in between by the vacation guests.

Are there beach toys for children?
Beach toys for small children are available in each apartment

 Is it possible to rent a baby cot or other baby equipment?
We provide cots for young children up to 3 years for a flat fee of 35 €. High chair, changing mat, Maxicosi, baby rocker or a bath tube for the very little ones we provide free of charge.
Please give us notice in advance to all the things you need so that we can prepare everything for your arrival.

 Is it possible to rent bicycles?
In the company CicloMora in Colonia Sant Jordi you can rent well maintained bikes, trekking bikes, mountain bikes, racing bikes, electric bikes and also children's bikes at good prices.
CicloMora brings the bikes for our holiday house guests for little money.
You can order the bikes through our website and find an overview of the model range with prices in bicycle and e-bike hire.
Please specify when ordering the name of the vacation home you stay, so that the lender can contact us if necessary an deliver the bikes at the right house.

  Where can I get information about the area, shopping, sports, restaurant and excursion tips, bike or scooter rental in advance?
On our Homepage you will find a large amount of information in the bottom information menu block.
Here you can familiarize yourself with the area before you arrive and, among other things, Information about shopping opportunities (with the location and opening times from supermarkets), sports and excursion options, restaurant tips, ...
You can also inquire bicycles for rent in advance directly from the rental company Ciclos Mora via our website and reserve them there.
