Sabine Cardinahl agreed with her family: Sa Rapita lacks a place where you can enjoy delicious homemade ice cream! Little by little, an idea took shape and after some preparation time, the CARDINELLI ice cream and coffee-shop was born.

Located directly on the shore road, you can sit on a beautifully designed terrace with a view of the wide sea with the offshore island of Cabrera and enjoy the ice cream specialties that daughter Laura Marie makes with lots of love and imagination from fresh fruit and the best ingredients. In addition to the well-known varieties such as vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut, stracciatella and orange, you can also find extraordinary creations such as goat cheese-yoghurt-honey, yoghurt-rose, lemon-basil, ensaimada, cotton candy, after eight or chocolate chilli. Not to forget my favorite ice cream: pistachio. Homemade cakes, filled baguettes, muesli, coffee, capuccino, latte macciato complete the offer. Of course, all types of ice cream are also available to take away.
