Many celebrities, such as Hollywood star Mikel Douglas and Prince Andrew, have played golf on the "royal" golf course, where Spain's former King Juan Carlos was the honorary president.

Coming from Sa Rápita, drive towards Llucmajor and then onto the motorway to Palma. Before Palma, turn take the motorway (Via Cintura) towards Andratx. Leave the motorway at Génova and continue on the country road towards Andratx passing San Augustí and Illetas. The road leads to Illetas through a pine forest and then on right there is the access to the Royal Bendinat Golf Resort.
