Rafael Nadal, the most famous Mallorcan tennis player with a long list of international trophies, built in his home capital Manacor his tennis academy with a school, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a fitness studio, restaurants and much more.

Many good young tennis players are coming out of the Rafael Nadal Tennis Academy, with Carlos Moyá as technical coach and Toni Nadal as coach of the academy.
